Supra solutions empower agents to deliver superior service to their clients in finding their dream home. The system brings together the smartest tools in real estate to help you provide best-in-class service during the home buying and selling process. As a member of Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® (STAR), you have access to neighboring association member listings.
Members load the eKEY® app on their smartphone to open keyboxes and transmit information to the SupraWEB data system.

Secure Your Keys
STAR is interested in purchasing your extra Supra BT LE Boxes! The Lockbox must be in good working condition, including shackle, cradle and shell.
Lockboxes that have been approved to be included in the Buyback Program will be purchased by STAR for $45 each. Members will confirm their mailing address for the purchase and a check will be mailed within five business days. You can also purchase new lockboxes through the STAR Store.

Easily Access Listings
More models of smartphones and tablets communicate directly with the iBox BT LE keybox than any other Supra keybox. No additional hardware is required for most phones, including the newest models of iPhone and iPad.
iBox BT LE is equipped with the same large key container as the iBox BT, that can hold both gate cards and keys. The shackle is completely removed from the key box for easy handling when placing the iBox BT LE on a property.

eKEY App
Use your smartphone or tablet as your lockbox key. The eKEY application uses your phone’s wireless communications so you can do business anywhere. Choose from many different Android™, BlackBerry® and Apple phones and tablets. There are two service levels are available: eKEY Basic for common keybox functions and eKEY Professional, which enhances basic capability with adds business tools such as MLS data stored on your phone (eliminating time consuming over-the-air searches), linking the listings to Google maps and displaying showing details on your phone.

Members can access Supra’s Online support system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call Supra Support 1-877-699-6787 for assistance, which is available from 9:30 a.m. -10 p.m. EST 7 days a week.
