Tampa Real Estate Licensing

Membership at Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® (STAR) means being part of one of the largest local trade associations in the state of Florida, with more than 22,000 fellow real estate professionals in Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties.

Holding a real estate broker’s license does not make someone a REALTOR®. The main thing that distinguishes a REALTOR® from someone who’s merely licensed by the state to sell real estate is the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, which requires REALTORS® to put their clients’ interests first at all times. As a member of STAR, you’re someone who is committed to continuing education, professionalism and integrity.
