STAR is proud to bring back the 2nd Annual REALTOR®-led volunteer initiative that fights hunger and strengthens communities through diversity, collaboration, and goodwill. As a key part of Member Appreciation Week, this highly visible event fosters engagement, networking, and positive brand recognition while showcasing the impact REALTORS® can have beyond real estate. Organized by the Diversity Committee and The Skills Center, this annual tradition continues to grow, deepening our collective commitment to service and giving back to our community.
This year's 2nd Annual Boxed with Purpose: STAR Meal Packing Challenge will feature 10 teams racing head-to-head to see who can pack the most meals in service to our community.
Participants may choose to join one of the 5 teams led by STAR Diversity Committee At-Large Members, or, if you belong to one of our 6 real estate specialty groups, you can compete with your group's team.
In addition to the racing teams, we also need dedicated Activity and Operations Team Volunteers to help manage the flow of the event and ensure everything runs smoothly.
At the end of the challenge, one team will be crowned victorious, but the real winners will be the many individuals and families touched by the meals we've packed together.
