Effective November 1, 2026, significant changes to the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) and appraisal reporting will begin taking effect. While these changes primarily impact appraisers, they also present an important opportunity for REALTORS® to better understand the evolving appraisal process and strengthen collaboration with their appraisal partners.
