This course provides real estate licensees with practical instruction on locating, evaluating, and marketing new construction properties using MLS-integrated tools. Participants will learn how to search for new construction properties in Matrix, create custom displays, and utilize builder-specific platforms such as Builders' Update and NewHome Source Professional. The course also covers branding and lead-generation features, property cards and detail reports, client registration, and customer data management. Emphasis is placed on improving efficiency, enhancing client communication, and presenting accurate new construction information to buyers. Upon completion, licensees will be better equipped to support clients interested in new construction properties and to effectively leverage MLS tools in today's evolving real estate market.
