Tampa, Fla. – [March 14, 2024] – Greater Tampa REALTORS® (GTR), the leading real estate organization serving the Tampa Bay area, and Association of Professionals and Real Estate Mediation Companies of Portugal (APEMIP) are proud to announce a partnership to formally exchange ideas and information, increase representation, form business-building relationships and other mutual benefits.
GTR and APEMIP will explore and promote opportunities for business between its members, communities and the advancement and enforcement generally of standards of professionalism in the real estate industry by sharing resources, hosting collaborative meetings and assisting in educational needs.
Both associations will exchange current information on the state of respective real estate markets, real estate procedures and practices, advocacy resources, community development ideas, global business relationships, relevant industry updates and association facts relating to their respective regions and areas of expertise.
The groups will market networking opportunities between and among the members of GTR and APEMIP at national events and explore the opportunity for hosting delegations to travel to each other's markets. They will also explore the creation of an annual real estate conference event focused on technology development, business best practices and professional standards that will be hosted in alternating market locations on an annual basis.
APEMIP is a key partner in the construction and real estate sector, contributing, through its actions, to find the best solutions for all problems that affect the real estate sector, upstream and downstream of the real estate transaction itself.
