We are proud to announce that GTR has been awarded the prestigious Diamond-Level Commercial Services Accreditation by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). This significant accomplishment underscores the association's commitment to enhancing commercial services and engaging commercial members within the Tampa market.
NAR's Commercial Services Accreditation program, initiated in 2008, is designed to empower real estate associations to expand their commercial offerings and foster strong relationships with commercial members. In 2022, the program underwent significant improvements, including the introduction of three recognition levels: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, along with an annual recertification process.
GTR excelled in this revamped accreditation program. To earn the Diamond level accreditation, the association met and surpassed a minimum of 57 benchmarks, signifying its outstanding commitment to serving the commercial real estate sector.
The Commercial Services Accreditation not only acknowledges the association's exceptional efforts but also serves as a beacon to practitioners in the Tampa market. It signifies the high quality of services that commercial members can expect from GTR, ultimately having a positive impact on their businesses. Furthermore, this recognition opens new opportunities for member involvement, reinforcing the association's position as a leader in the industry.
Associations achieving different benchmark levels are recognized as follows:
- Gold Level: 16-35 benchmarks
- Platinum Level: 36-40 benchmarks
- Diamond Level: 41+ benchmarks
In celebration of this outstanding achievement, Greater Tampa REALTORS® will proudly display its Commercial Services Accreditation certificate at the association's office. Additionally, the association will receive a trophy and a grant from NAR in recognition of our exceptional commitment to commercial services.
